This is an operational launch pack, not a legal opinion. Final wording must be approved by Cyprus counsel before signed customer use.
Current cookie setup
The public site and dashboard use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, language, theme, consent preferences, CSRF/session protection and security.
Analytics, advertising and retargeting cookies should remain disabled until an opt-in consent tool and vendor list are approved.
User choices
Users can change browser settings and the platform consent banner where available.
Essential cookies cannot be disabled inside the app because login, fraud prevention, session security and language/theme preferences depend on them.

Before adding analytics, pixels, chat widgets or advertising scripts, verify Cyprus ePrivacy and cookie consent requirements under Law 112(I)/2004 and the EU ePrivacy framework.
- No analytics until consent is ready.
- Keep a vendor list for every non-essential script.
- Store consent evidence by version and date.
