Subprocessor Register
The service categories that may process data on behalf of Verified Property Passport customers.
This is an operational launch pack, not a legal opinion. Final wording must be approved by Cyprus counsel before signed customer use.
Active production categories
Hosting and deployment: Vercel or the configured production hosting provider.
Database: the configured PostgreSQL production provider.
Billing: Stripe for subscriptions, checkout, invoices, customer portal and payment events.
Email: the configured SMTP/mail provider for account, verification, notification and support messages.
Not active as external processors yet
KYC is manual review inside the platform until a provider is selected.
Bank verification is manual proof upload until open banking is selected later.
AI damage detection is helper-only and must not send sensitive documents to an AI vendor until a DPA and product review are approved.
Escrow is workflow-only and does not hold money or provide regulated escrow banking.
Customer notice
Material changes to subprocessors should be posted here and communicated to enterprise customers according to the signed DPA.
- Confirm legal name of every provider.
- Store vendor DPA link or signed copy.
- Record hosting region and transfer basis.
- Review before enabling any new AI, KYC or open banking provider.
