Terms of Service
The service rules for accounts, verification workflows, payments, API use and report sharing.
This is an operational launch pack, not a legal opinion. Final wording must be approved by Cyprus counsel before signed customer use.
What the platform does
Verified Property Passport provides workflow software for Cyprus real estate verification, due diligence, public summary reports, PDF reports, API records and subscription billing.
The platform does not replace legal advice, a lawyer review, a licensed valuation, a bank decision, title deed search, escrow provider or government registry confirmation.
User duties
Users must provide accurate information, upload documents they are allowed to provide, keep credentials safe and use shared reports only for the stated real estate purpose.
Agencies, landlords, sellers, buyers, tenants and professionals remain responsible for complying with law, professional rules and consent requirements in their own workflows.
Payments and one-time checks
Subscriptions unlock platform workflows according to the selected plan.
One-time checks are charged only when the person, property or report target already exists in the platform and the user starts the relevant verification or report workflow.
Manual KYC, manual bank proof, AI helper and escrow workflow modes do not create automated approval, banking or legal escrow obligations.
API and acceptable use
API keys are for authenticated CRM integrations. Customers must protect keys, keep rate limits, log lawful purposes and avoid scraping, fake reviews, unauthorized sharing or attempts to reveal private documents.
Verified reviews must come from verified transaction participants only.
